I Feel Old

I’m getting old, or maybe I’m just out of shape. Probably a combination of the two!  My back feels really stiff today, after shoveling the snow off the driveway yesterday.  Debating whether I should finish up the 3rd lane today or not.  I don’t really want to, but it would be good for my exercise today.  Don’t want to overdo it though and really hurt my back. 

Had a dentist appt. this morning.  Started the process of getting a crown.  OMG!  $400 for the procedure!!!!  Now the bottom left of my mouth is numb.  I hate that feeling.  IMO that’s the worst part of dental procedures.  The humming and grinding of the drills don’t bother me it’s the lingering numbness.  Went to the gyno earlier in the week for yearly.  Now I have to go in for a base line mammogram.  Never had to have one done before now.  More proof that I’m getting old!!!  Now I need to schedule an appt with primary doc for physical.  I’d like to see if my bloodwork has changed at all since I had it done just over a year ago.  I may wait until I lose another 20 lbs or so.  Also need to schedule an eye exam.  I haven’t had one in years.  Not having probs, just probably should have one done.  Between my docs and all 3 kids, it seems like every week I’m in some docs office and handing over lots of money to them!
