OK Day

Made it to the park this morning.  Walked 2 miles.  Came home and ate a sandwich while watching Days of Our Lives.  Very emotional, with John dying, and all the friends and family coming to say goodbye.   It’s going to be hard to watch the rest of the week.  I remember years ago when I was in high school watching as John sat on a plane having memories of Marlena when he thought she was dead.  I know it’s silly getting so emotional over a tv show, but it really does make me stop and think about life, and how things can change so quickly.  You really don’t know what lies ahead, and need to cherish your loved ones while you can.  The big question about the show is, is John really going to die for good, or will he be “resurrected” like so many others have on the show?

I ate a few things I shoudn’t have.  Had a chocolate crunchice cream bar from the freezer.  Something I didn’t buy, but dh did with ds the other night.  Also some potato chips.  Had ravioli for dinner and I probably ate too much of that.

 I’ll do better tomorrow………..
