Exercised 2x yesterday.  First I walked/jogged/bounced/danced on the mini trampoline for about 20 minutes while watching tv in the morning.  Later on after the kids were in bed, I did a Kathy Ireland fitness video.  It hadd 3 12 minute segments that focused on the abs, butt, and legs.  It’s an older video, but it’s pretty fast paced and she does quite a few different exercise variations for each segment, so I don’t get bored!  I ate a little too much at dinner time, but then I didn’t eat anything else all evening, so I don’t think it did too much damage. 

Here’s to another day of make the right choices, crushing negative strongholds, and building positive ones!
