Starting off good

I went to get my dress fitted for my brothers wedding Tuesday and wouldn’t you know it, it was tight!  So I am on strict diet and exercise (1200-1500 calories a day).  The wedding is the 23rd and I really want to loose 10lbs by then.  I’m so mad at myself because the dress fit much better before.  But of course after the wedding I will do my best to loose 100lbs and keep it off for good!

I started really being good Wednesday by drinking lots of water, eating egg whites with veggies in the morning, soup for lunch, cereal for dinner and popcorn for a snack.  Yesterday I ate the basically the same thing and I have already lost 3 lbs.  I am going to try and keep this up for as long as I can but try to put more fruit and veggies in the mix.

Today is another day and so far so good :).
