Is this the way to Amarillo?

I’m back and believe it or not, my weight hasn’t really budged since June, mainly since this is my own damn fault for not staying on track, not watching what I eat and generally not caring either.

In case you’re interested, this is my life from October.  I decided to return to the gym and get my A into G.  Weight was 86.something kilos (that’s 189lb) and between May and October, I managed to lose 1mm of body fat.  Go me!!  I was doing really well… until exams came up in November, along with NaNoWriMo (national novel writing month).  Not much happened after that.  I got back on the bandwagon in December after DH and I decided to go back to the US for a holiday next year.  I got some goals now, some tangible goals that I think will work.  Those have been updated in the goal section.

I’ve started a couch to 5K running program and am my own cheerleader (sans the cute little outfit because I can’t fit my fat arse into one).  Week 4, Day 1 looks something like this: 5 minute warmup at 6k/h; 3 minute jog/run at 8.5k/h; 1.5 minute walk at 6k/h; 5 minute jog/run at 8.5k/h; 2.5 minute walk at 6k/h; 3 minute jog/run at 8.5k/h; 1.5 minute walk at 6k/h; 5 minute jog/run at 8.5k/h; 3.5 minute walk at 6k/h and 1 minute cooldown (31 minutes total).  I enjoyed it.  Weird to think that I would enjoy running: she-who-would-not-run-unless-chased.

I need to have my measurements updated starting in January; despite what happened over Christmas.  I don’t normally slide backwards and will be happy if I managed to maintain what my last measurements were.
