A NOT post January 7, 2009
I did NOT weigh myself every day this week so far
And while NOT doing that I did NOT see a couple pounds off in just 3 days
I did NOT eat peanut butter every day for the last 4 days after not having it around for several months
I did NOT justify the measured quantity of PB for the sake of protien
I did NOT look up recipes for oriental chicken type recipes that call for Peanut Butter
I did NOT dream about a hair brush shaped Recee’s peanut butter cup…….seriously, cause if I had done that I would seriously wonder about my sanity!
I did NOT give thanks that hubby works out of town and he has to leave Monday morning, and I did not swear under my breath when Hubby called and said he was sick and coming back home that afternoon.
I did NOT jump up and down when he left for out of town again this morning at 4 freaking-dark-o’clock
I’m NOT sure if you did NOT do these things or NOT! LOL Either way. Have you ever tried the peanut butter substitutes? Some dieters really like it. I have tried the PB2 so far. It’s definetly not as good a full fat, full flavor PB as we know it but it’s only 58 calories vs the 180-200 the reg stuff is. You might look into them. The two I know of so far are PB2 and Better n’ Peanut Butter (found at Trader Joes)
PB2 at ebay and bellplantation.com = 58 calories (it’s okay but not great)
better n peanut butter at Trader Joes = 100 calories (haven’t tried it)
