Today’s Totals - June 5th, 2009
Kind of a quiet day. I ended up going to the lakeshore on my own, but having a great walk. I think it was actually the highest calories burned walk of the week (although I’m not specifically trying for that). Just trying to work at a level that I feel good at. Although I do admit that I sometimes do overdo it. I’m pretty sure I’m going to try and do a workout on Sunday morning, so I better make up my logs tomorrow.
Nothing much else to add, so I think I’m off to bed in a short while. No alarms on Saturday or Sunday (although this Sunday perhaps), but I’ve got into such a routine lately that it’s unlikely I’ll sleep in much.

Lunch: beef minestrone soup, italian cheese bread, apple (440)
PM Snack: hummus, flatbread (164)
Dinner: pasta with meat sauce and parmesan cheese, salad w/dressing (641)
Evening Snack: apple, protein shake (272)
