Today’s Totals - May 2nd, 2009
A real quickie post as I just realized that I’m beat. I did a little of everything today, but nothing specific. One of those days that you feel you just ran out of time really. Oh well, more tomorrow I suppose. I think I’m going to have to ‘plan’ a lifting day, so I just did. Tomorrow, late morning, I’ll give it a go. The only thing that might stop me is when my mother wants to raccoon-proof the shed (this is assuming that I’m right and mother and babies are gone).

Evening Snack: protein shake, fruit salad (276)
