Today’s Totals - Feb 11th, 2009
Just heading off to bed, and adding the food for the day. The good thing is that on the weekend I should only have really one exam to study for (and it’s Statistics, the one I probably don’t need to study for). Also, it’s a three-day weekend (family day), so I should be able to catch up a little then.

Lunch: multi-grain tortilla, smoked turkey, lettuce,celery, salad dressing, apple (444)
PM Snack: hummus, flatbread (164)
Dinner: balsamic pork tenderloin, cauliflower/broccoli/carrots, butter, salad w/dressing (522)
Late Snack: protein shake, fruit salad (275)
