Today’s Totals - Feb 3rd, 2009

I might as well add my food for the day while I’m here. I feel like I didn’t do much today, and then I realized that I should have added an hour on the treadmill as well. Oh well, I’ll fit it in somewhere before Friday. Normally I’d do an hour on Thurs morning but my tutoring session has been changed (my choice) to then. Although I should be out early on Thursday so I’ll do it when I get home. So it looks like treadmill time next Saturday.

Food for the day:

Total: 2199 (24% fat, 41% carbs, 35% protein)

Breakfast: breakfast bake, thintini, clementines (410)
AM Snack: protein shake (191)
Lunch: multi-grain tortilla, mustard, pork tenderloin, lettuce, celery, apple (428)
PM Snack: hummus, carrots, flatbread (236)
Dinner: turkey/beef burgers (2), thintini, condiments, salad w/dressing (705)
Late Snack: protein shake, fruit salad (230)

    HI Anne!

Just poppin’ in to say howdy, lady!

Your breakfast bake looks hearty and satisfying. The “thintini” reminds me of “tankini” ~ an inspiration to eat right because believe it or not summer is a-coming!

    Keep up the good work!

I concur, keep up the fabulous work! I love how you’re planning ahead when to get in all your exercise. I do things much more spur-of-the-moment, which works for me, because my schedule is constantly changing.

Have a great tomorrow as well!

Hey, Anne, that breakfast bake looks wonderful! I am looking through your site for inspiration for my diet. I think I’m going to go back to TNT — Precision Nutrition is just not working for me.

Susan - it’s actually quite nice. I’m hoping that they have the whole wheat thintini’s the next time I’m in the store. Although if I have to, I’ll buy the white ones and stick a package in the freezer.

Spook - I seem to just work better with a plan. In the end it’s whatever works for you.

Bonnie - I understand that completely. Jane’s a big TNT person as well. She sometimes posts a recipe she makes and I’m pretty sure that there’s a TNT section on JP’s as well.
