Weekly Weigh-in - Jan 25th, 2009

This morning’s weigh-in was 245.8, which is 2.2 pounds down from last week. The 9-week loss is 9.4lbs (1.04/week) which is usually the ‘number’ I look at to see how things are going overall. At the moment I’m not too impressed with it, but the only thing I can do is go forward. It’s going to take a while to get back to where it was. The other little compulsive number I look at is how many days I’ve been ‘on plan’ primarily with food. I still consider the maintenance week ‘on plan’ since I accomplished what I wanted to. So this is day 29 on plan with food.

Next week’s plan is:

Sun: lifting
Mon: rest
Tue: lifting , other weeks maybe 60 mins cardio
Wed: rest
Thu: 60 mins cardio
Fri: lifting
Sat: cardio if needed (making up the week to 120 mins)

Calories: 2000 / 2300 lifting days, 30%+ protein

    wow, you are doing so well! May switch from tracking 3-week average to 9-week average, I see your point. Day 29 on plan with food. Whoa. That is awesome! Congrats! Delita

    The catch is, with most women, that you get thrown off track around your period. So you need to at least do 4 or 5 weeks. Fitday does a monthly (5 weeks) and a two month (9-week) so I use that two month one. It smooths out most blips and gives me an idea of where I really am. I’ve still got at least a year to go, so it’s the long run that I’m interested in. :)
