Today’s Totals - Jan 12th, 2009
A really quick entry for today. Although I don’t need to be up early tomorrow I likely will still get up at a reasonable time. I need to plan tomorrow’s food as well. I think I’ll find some free time to do Wed-Fri as well, since the evenings are likely going to be short of time. Oh, and the higher weight this morning was likely because I’ve gone back to my ‘irregular’ issues as I had before when I get up earlier.
Food timing was odd today. I pretty much had my morning snack, afternoon snack and lunch at the same time, had my protein shake (with fruit) before leaving the college, and had dinner just after finishing up my workout. I think Monday is probably going to be the worst of the days, but we’ll see how it goes.
