Today’s Totals - Jan 10th, 2009
This will probably be my last later evening post. Yep, starting back tomorrow I’m going to have to get up at a decent hour (well, at least 3 out of 5 days, and probably all 5). I’ve got two 8am class days (Wed/Fri) which means getting up about 6am, although that’s only because I prefer to have a shower in the morning, and I like to leave an hour before class. We’ll see how well that goes this semester.
So, today is day 14 on OPT, and so far, so well. I’ll see tomorrow how much weight I’ve lost, but this week (so far) was 2lbs as of this morning. So, that’s more what I expected. I’m going to try and work around the exercise days next week to try and get my rest day on a Saturday. I think the concept of a rest day is somewhat lost on a day where I’m on the go from 6am to 5 or 6pm.
