(trying a complete ‘no plan’ week, so anything goes - this is technically a maintenance week)

I was pretty lazy today.  Although I did bake some bread in the afternoon (and will likely do more tomorrow).  I did talk myself into getting on the treadmill finally in the afternoon, but very low key stuff.  I have made a good start on my studying, but still feel like I’m not very focused.  Oh well, can’t really do much about it now.  I’m probably done for the night, so I’ll grab my snack and make a reasonably early night of it.  Somewhere along the way I was going to have a drink, but never got around to it.   :)

I played hooky from studying and even the computer a little last night.  So, my food for yesterday:

So, I’m now officially on a no plan week.  At the moment I’m still going to track, but not worry about estimating stuff.  ie. this morning I had two pieces of my homemade bread, without weighing them.  However, I know pretty much what they weigh, so I logged them in.  Hey, some habits are hard to break.  For the (almost week) I was down 1.4lbs, but I’m not going to weigh for the week either.  I may also get away from the daily weighing, but we’ll see about that.  I know during school that the during the week weights were just all over the place, so I’m not sure that they have much value.  We’ll see how I feel in a week when I start up again.

So, I’ll likely be fairly absent this week, as I can waste far too much time online, and I have really bad study habits.  I’m really trying to work on them, although not particularly successfully.  For the 6 out of 7 courses I have marks for I’m sitting between 88 and 97 percent.  So, some will (perhaps) go up and some will (likely) go down a little.  I’d like to put as much effort into it as I’m capable of.  However, I do think that next semester I could do with a better strategy.  When I first went to college my strategy was… well, there was none.  :)
