Today’s Totals - Oct 16th, 2008
Well, I did end up going to class this morning. I really wasn’t going to as the afternoon class was canceled. I decided it was too early in the semester to blow off a class. We had a pretty light turn-out though, which wasn’t a surprise. I would think anyone like myself that had to drive in would really think twice about doing it. As it was, the gas was at a long-time low the other day so why not?
After I came home I did my walking outside. I threw in a minute of jogging here and there to keep the heart rate up for the first half. For the second half it was just a nice walk on a fairly decent day. I have to say I don’t like walking around the pool as much when it’s closed. At least when the water is warm I don’t feel like I’d freeze to death if I couldn’t get out. Might be tough too as the inline blanket is down quite a bit and the steps are beside the garage.
Anyway, that’s it for me for the evening. It’s off to bed I go. ![]()
