Today’s Totals - Oct 14th, 2008
I’m sure I’ll remember to come back and log my food tonight but I just thought I’d log my little walk. I do usually use the incline on the treadmill (usually 5%) but for some reason this park just took more effort. It’s kind of rolling pathways. If I go back next week I’ll try and remember to take the camera as it’s really quite nicely laid out.

Yeah, a nice gentle walk my eye! The weather was gorgeous and well worth doing, even though I had to change clothing in the car. And after my nice gentle walk that meant all clothes. :O
Now I’m off to study for my test. I’ll likely log meals when I get home tonight (but the test doesn’t start until 7pm).

Well, the day is over. That’s about the best I can say. I think the test went well, but felt that I perhaps made a few too many educated guesses. I’m hoping now that he marks it sometime this week so that I don’t have to worry about it all weekend. Although at this point there’s no real point in worrying about it. I just lumped the snacks all together today. I had originally planned them for certain times, but really ate them piecemeal. Especially when the boys started eating hamburgers and fries around 5pm.
