Exercise - 60 mins treadmill, 30 mins weights

Water - 20 cups

Food - 2043 calories (22% fat, 51% carbs, 24% protein)

Breakfast - 12-grain toast, nectarine jam, 3 clementines (245)

Lunch - whole wheat tortilla, mustard, smoked ham, cheese blend, roasted veggies with balsamic vinegar, apple, fruit salad (605)

Dinner - chicken curry, naan, snow peas, butter, salad, salad dressing (630)

Snacks - protein shake (x2), apple, fruit salad, biscotti, pita chips (564)

I don’t have much to add tonight.  I’ve been dragging myself around all day.  Making the 60 minutes on the treadmill was a push, although the weights were okay.  And sometime tonight I got something in my eye (maybe cat hair) and it’s all puffy at the moment.  I’ve put some drops in it, but I’m just going to lay down soon and hope that it is clear by the morning.

dmpls - I’ve always been a person who drank a lot of liquid, but usually a mix of water and diet soft drinks.  Now the most I have is one packet of Crystal Light in the afternoon.  I don’t feel as bloated today (and in fact was down .8 of a pound from yesterday, so that’s good).   I do always gain a little just before my TOM and then drop it as it ends.  This month it just seemed worse.
