Well, isn’t that odd, my calories are low for the day. And today I’m not hungry. It’s just nuts isn’t it? I have a bad tendency to copy breakfast and lunch over from the previous day, then adjust as needed. So I added the fruit salad (which wasn’t ready yesterday) and forgot to take off an apple. I didn’t pick up on it until putting in my daily totals (lunch was too high). So suddenly I have 81 calories less… but unless I find myself awake and starving later I’m just going to forget about it. And even if I am, all I’m going to take is that apple. But at 10:30 I still have my fruit salad, the apple, and the cheese and rice crisps, so I really doubt I’ll need anything else.
There wasn’t much to talk about today, so again, I’m just making an evening entry. Tomorrow the plan is to make soup, even though at the moment I’m not taking it for lunch. I’m still going to stock up on one more batch of both the beef/mushroom/barley soup and the spicy lentil one as well. This way when I get bored with the wraps I can switch back to the soups. I’ve also been asked (by my mother) to make some biscotti so I found a recipe for lemon ginger which sounds nice. They’ll be low enough in calories to work some into my plan (although some are being made for her to give away). So my first official break from exercising will be spent cooking. At least it will keep me from just vegging out on the couch.
mizu - I think it has something to do with the fact that our basic structure (flesh, organs, skin, etc.) are composed of water. If this isn’t already too weird, thing about dried fruit. Take away the water out of a grape and you get a raisin. Yep, we’ve definitely strayed away from normal conversation.
