What am I eating today!
I have no idea if I will stay motivated on this thing or not…it just popped into my head that I might throw this stuff out there kind of as a reminder to myself and if anyone out there is reading this…as a real person type of eating day… :) A person that loses her mind and might eat 4 candy bars and stick of string cheese… :) We’ll have to just see how it goes and if I find it too much trouble or not…
4/23/08 B: coffee w/creamer & splenda; handful of mixed nuts…almonds, walnuts, seeds, peanuts, and some raisins… Oh…and two frosted animal cracker cookies (making DH lunch…)
While on errand: 1 chocolate bismarck and 16 oz white mocha coffee
L: Green Giant Healthy Weight single frozen pack and cup of soy milk
S: 5 cherry essence prunes
D: 1 slice of wheat bread with garlic butter, some sliced mango, pineapple, and grapes. Six Kashi crackers and some lowfat cottage cheese with blueberries sprinkled with cinnamon.
S: Cinnamon butter microwave popcorn
Also had a couple of oral fixation mints at about 3 cals/piece Not too bad!
4/24/08 Okay…the plan is as follows…
B: 2 cups coffee w/creamer and splenda (I know, I know) Usual mix of nuts…walnuts, almonds, peanuts, seeds, etc and 4 cherry essence prunes
S: Butterfinger…oops…but I ate it mindfully and enjoyed it!!!
L: Green Giant frozen single and cup of soy milk (I am sometimes in a food rut)
S: sliced fruit-pineapple and grapes is mainly what is left and a string cheese and 4 cherry prunes (it was either 3 or 4)
D: I am hoping to surprise DH with pot roast & potatoes…yup…had a small piece and a few potatoes…for dessert..Dole Apple & Caramel Creme parfait…(a beautiful, yummy way to spend 120 cals!!!) :) And…finished for the night!
*had a couple extras that I had to fess up to: handful of dark chocolate chips, handful of nuts, 2 more prunes

B: Nuts & 5 prunes…coffee w/creamer & splenda…ummm Hersheys w/Almonds…(Yes I know!)
S: fuji apple and string cheese
L: cottage cheese w/cinnamon, slice of wheat bread w/peanut butter and flax seed
Yup, totally lost my mind…let’s just say Starbuck’s, icecream, candy, it all happened…it was just ugly…still feel full and it is already the next day!

S: Kitkat
L: slice of honey oat bread with peanut butter and flaxseed… bowl of barbeque Ruffles…(I know, TOM is coming okay!! :)
S: Dole apple & caramel creme parfait…
D: 2 slices thin crust pizza & 2 breadsticks
Wanted a whole lot more sugar!!! Didn’t do it!!! Proud!!!

B: Apple turnover yogurt and handful of nuts
S: prunes 5-6
L: rice cake topped with peanut butter, flax seed, and cinnamon handful of nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts)
a couple chocolates, 2 cups of coffee with chocolate creamer…2 small handfuls of chocolate chips
D: 6 garlic butter shrimp, some more prunes, caramel and apple creme parfait
All in all, not the most balanced of days…but in my defense…was very busy!!!

B: coffee w/creamer & splenda 1 fuji apple, 1 gingerbread Larabar
S: handful of almonds and dried cherries
L: croissant with ham and one slice of provalone cheese; small piece of a huge cookie (Starbuck’s…I know…) and I piece of my Mom’s fantastic fudge…oops…
D: 1 piece of frozen pizza…apple…one macadamia nut kiss
Also I did one hour of yoga this morning and 1/2 hr on the crossramp…making my third workout of the week! Yay me!

B: 1 cup skim milk w/vanilla protein powder, 1 slice of whole wheat toast w/peanut butter, and a handful of cherries followed by a Starbuck’s Skinny Cinnamon Dulce
L: 3 sausage links, whole wheat tortilla w/2 eggs, 1 slice of cheese, & salsa. 1 Kashi TLC cherry chocolate bar
D: (planned) 2 pork chops, small red baked potato, frozen veggies
