Weigh Ins/Exercise tally

I am going to do official weigh ins on Saturdays and I am going to keep a running tally on my exercise as well. 

4/26/08  162.5 (I had an extraordinarily bad day yesterday and I think I am retaining water…big time…

TOM is here…and had one of the worst weeks I can remember in a long time…still at 162.5 though…a miracle…

163.5  I guess technically that is a gain, huh?  Well, not in my mind, since I took about a month off of my workouts…was 2 weeks at my parents…and one week on actual vacation…  We got back last week and I know that I was heavier when we got home than today…so I count it as a victory!  Also because, I went to the gym all five days this week for yoga and stretching and a minimum of 30 mins of cardio as well.  No out of control eating…lots of apples…minimum junk…high motivation!!!

7/19/08  164.5 Also with TOM in town and retaining so much water I could barely get my ring off this morning…so hopefully better news next week!
