I have learned that the reason our metabolisms slow is not cuz we're older, it's because we've lost muscle mass. If you haven't already, try incorporating strength training into your routine. 		<description>HI! just got back in town. So sorry about the home stress. We have been trying to sell ours since June so I can relate to wanting to MOVE ON with life and feeling stuck instead. You need to acknowledge and celebrate some small successes. You beat yourself up over even the smallest of "failures" - why not celebrate even the tiniest successes - like an improvement in your diet since the move. Every positive thing you do for yourself helps and it counts. No need to apologize for venting a bad day - that's what we're here for!</description>

See how many ways you can find to nourish yourself besides food. Maybe that should be our goal for the week, to be aware of all the different kinds of beauty around us and let it truly nourish our souls. The stress over the jeans is just a doorway to walk through- an opportunity to reevaluate and discover and learn about yourself and the art of loving yourself completely. Don't obsess. Get something that fits well and comfortably and supports you. It's just a temporary learning experience on this journey. Hang in there.</description>

I know it was the anxiety of several things piling up and I think if I had read your advice before hand it could really have calmed me down ....because I do want success and healing for all of us and thinking that I add to the positive power for others when I respond to stress with a peaceful outlook is very centering and motivating.
