I am sure everyone probably has given up on this blog by now but I have just been soooo busy!  I got a new job!!!  Yay me! lol  I am working for the dogwalking service that I applied to before I went to work in hell oops I mean the grooming place… :)  When I got back from my visit with my family the woman contacted me, she had kept my application and asked me if I was still interested and available.  I was and was!!!  Now I have two regular clients and the occasional petsitting job.  I have the two most perfect dogs for me…  One is a German Shepherd that is the most gorgeous thing I have ever seen…he is a pill but I love him…the other one is my sweet boy…he is a 93 pd yellow lab…and he makes me feel like the most important person in the world.  I am in heaven…I am getting paid to do something that I love…how many people get that opportunity! 

The weight…well…yeah…do we really have to talk about that? :)  I am still having difficulty in that area.  I am seeing lots of muscle…that doesn’t help with the weight creep…I have plantar fasciitis and it really gets aggravated by the extra weight…  Sigh…  I am working on it…  I have some theories about what is going on so I have not given up!  Last check 168 pds… There ya have it…not talking about that any more today! 

My sugar recovery is going well and is solid at the moment…I say at the moment because as always you can have a wobble, a relapse, a crash at any time and sometime it takes a minute to get back on track.  Things are going well right now,  my food is stable…I have started daily restorative poses for an hour and that is helping me so much!  I found this article in my YogaJournal magazine that talked about restorative poses and I thought yeah…okay…I already do yoga how important can that be?  VERY IMPORTANT!!!  I do three poses…varying the times to what I feel like my body needs in each pose…my lavendar eye pillow and soothing music…it is making such a huge difference in my sleep!!!  Any of you out there that are having insomnia, try it please!!!

So!!!  Things are going well…I am feeling good…working…resting…living!!!  Hope you are all doing the same!!!
