Quick! Everyone hide! :) Actually, I woke up feeling pretty grumpy but after much tidying of the house and talking to the parental units I feel a little better… I figured out why I am grumpy…I am exactly mid cycle and that always spells trouble…eating was good most of yesterday and then fell somewhat off track last night…no binge or massive sugar intake…just off…which I suppose is big progress… I know that my Betaendorphin levels are in the basement as well as my serotonin…exercise is crucial right now…however I have to be cautious about spiking it and then crashing so I am heading off to pilates here in a few minutes…then errands that I need to accomplish…wish me luck getting them all finished!
The new episode of House is on tonight!!! Who thinks he is going to end up in rehab for messing with that cop!!! :) I do, and I am not totally convinced it would be a bad thing for him anyway…

you are doing so well on the insight meter! lol - and not bad on the other stuff, too. Progress! Hey, I used to have exercise-induced low blood sugar (as well as reactive hypoglycemia). Anyway, I learned how to eat/shack to control it and now it is no longer an issue. You can do this! Thanks for the encouragement on my blog. Delita
