Just breathe…

After Monday’s events…and then the resulting migraine and after shocks…it feels wonderfu to be floating in peaceful waters again…  I have been feeling steadily better and better as more time passes from the off plan eating…  Things have been busy but nice around the house and we have had some wonderful family time in the past couple of days.  DH is dealing with hopefully his last round of Chemo and it has drained him quite a bit…but oh he looks so adorable sleeping on the couch! :)  We had originally planned to take him to see The Dark Knight this weekend but I think it will have to wait for another time.  However, I still plan to take DD to see Mirrors today after I get some lunch into me! :)  Other than a bit of a low back ache I have been feeling really great…I think I was slightly careless with engaging my core in Yoga class on Wed!  You have to stay really focused on maintaining your core muscles during sun salutations and I think I may have slipped on that some…I especially have to remember that because I have had a history of slight back issues. I have gotten away from most of them through losing weight and becoming way more fit than I used to be.  It is a nice feeling…  My weight was up like 2 pds and know has retreated again…TOM is a little late right now but I think that it is going to show up soon…

OMG!  I tasted the best water on Friday!  Have you all tried MetroMint!!!????   I was in a coffee shop and they had this little cooler of it and I bought one on a whim…Chocolate Mint water…with no calories…no sugar or sweeteners of any kind!  It was amazing!  They have a website… www.metromint.com  Check it out people!  If you like mint and are bored with your water choices it is amazing!!!  I also bought some damn fine coffee…  Bad Ass Coffee… lol… and the biggest mug you have ever seen that says…I love my Bad Ass Attitude!!!  Ha!  I only fill it maybe halfway because seriously…I have never seen a mug this big…it hangs over my coaster!!!  But I had another victory moment…I loved the coffee so much I only put a small amount of Soymilk into it…imagine that!!!  No sweetener of any kind!!!  Amazing!!!
