Just breathe…

Woo hoo!  Yeah!  That was fun!  And, it kicked my ass! :)  I think this style of yoga suits me even more than other types (though they are all yummy!)  I really like having the extra time to hold and breathe…  I also put in 25 mins on the crossramp before class…and had tons of errands to do!  Still going!!  (Just call me the Energizer Bunny! lol)

Day three of protein at every meal…87.5 grams per day…  I woke up after a late night last night and was out of bed before the alarm went off…never happens!  I have kept to the three meals no snacks…actually haven’t even had the desire to really…no junk…  I have a bit of a headache though…could be the exertion from class or…the drastic cut in sugar…don’t know…just going to wait it out and see what happens…

Off to make dinner now…pork chops…mmmm….

    Good job lady! Your book sounds interesting, and I can imagine how you must be feeling energised. I think the headache is the result of your body adjusting to the new way of eating. Keep doing what you’re doing!
