I should have a ton of it, as much as I slept yesterday…but well ya know… I am going to the Y this morning for yoga and put in a shorter but intense workout on the treadmill. Maybe that will help! Also, get my meditation in…and get some laundry done!! Yeah, that is the big plan for today…man am I boring!! ![]()

I know that low energy feeling very very deeply well! Sometimes I could sleep a whole day too, and still be tired. I think for me it comes from two places: 1. mood - when I’m depressed it’s worse 2. mood - when I don’t exercise at all it’s worse, which…..da da daaaah, affects mood
