And you all know what that means!!! Yeeeessss….Lost is on! I have been practically getting the shakes from withdrawal and I know DD has been as well… Yippee! Now if Sawyer just gets a little screen time tonight I will be totally happy!
Okay, so this morning is Stretch & Relax class day…but the usual instructor was playing hooky (okay, they said he was sick but I saw him upstairs keeping an eye on the fitness machines later! Had to razz him a little bit…) :) So, I got a little bonus because the sub was my Mon/Wed yoga instructor. She called it Gentle Yoga because there are a lot of older people with health issues that take the class just for basic stretch. So, it was great…I didn’t get my yoga class yesterday so I really enjoyed the opportunity.
I went upstairs afterwards to do some cardio work but I was on the crossramp for only about 20 mins I guess when it really started to feel like I was having cramps…not good..I thought about doing some work on the bike but ended up listening to my body and just heading for home. I don’t know…the feeling passed and now I really don’t know what to think…maybe the resistance was too high? Dunno…. I may try to do a short Tae Bo work out later or something.
I feel like I am building muscle but it is frustrating because the scale is still going in the wrong direction. I had a bad day on last Sunday so that must have thrown me off just enough but dang…it is just so easy to slide and so hard to get back to where you were.
I am going to experiment with planning my food days in the What am I eating section…and then if it changes just update it… Maybe it will provide some sort of mind trick to keep me on track… The only way to know is try…right?
