Most of my walking was through the 3 grocery stores today
Note: My low calorie count was due to being very low on food. By the time I got home with the groceries and made dinner, it was already after 7pm. So it was too late to eat much food.

Weight loss and water weight

I’ve been holding water weight lately. I know this because it showed I gained a few lbs just a day after I lost weight. But my clothes were looser, rather than tighter. Now it’s showing I went down a couple lbs from the inaccurate number, but I can tell I am still holding water weight just by looking at myself. So it looks like I am about 240 now. I weighed in at 242 the other day, so by experience, at this point, I’d say I am holding about 2-3 lbs water weight. So I will say 240, though could be 239.
