Aww, my very first weight loss blog post. How exciting!
A little bit about me: I’m 26, married and just had my first baby October 28th, 2009. I’ve struggled on and off with my weight for a while now. I needed to lose weight BEFORE I got pregnant. While pregnant I went over 200 pounds but I couldn’t tell you an exact number because I quit looking at the scale about a month before I delivered. After the baby though I dropped about 30 pounds right off. I think it was a combo of stress and just not eating. I’m now at 156 which is pretty much my pre-baby weight. I’ve joined Weight Watchers to help me get to my goal weight which is at least 125. I’m only 4’11 so once I get there I may keep going to 115 which was my high school weight.
I love blogging and tweeting because of all the interesting people I’ve met online. I hope to meet even more during my weight loss journey.
