My Workouts
My workout of the moment is good old-fashioned running. I’m so out of shape, but am working towards a 5k by the end of April. I’m using a variation on the C25K program- i.e. run as long as I can and then walk for a minute.
When I was in the best shape of my life, I used to run and do 30 mins of pilates…if only I could find the motivation I had then!!
