Recipe: Healthy Quaker’s Original Oatmeal, 300 Calories, 4g Fat

Brown Sugar, Honey, and Original Oatmeal
300 calories, 4g of Fat
Ingredients:
2 individual packets OR 2 cups Quaker’s Original Oatmeal/Oats
2.5 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Honey
Fill bowl with oats and 1-2 cups of water. Microwave for 2 minutes. Mix in brown sugar and honey. [Optional] Add more water to cool and make a more porridge-like consistency.

Healthy (but Delicious!) Pumpkin Muffins
