I think this may be my favorite week so far, as well as my favorite playlist for it. I adore Glee and the Glee soundtrack. I was jamming out and singing loudly to myself in my basement gym LOL. I was like Brad Pitt in Burn After Reading.

Sooo, I figured out this morning that there’s something wrong with my digital scale. I think it may need a new battery. And a break from me weighing in on it ever day (and sometimes throughout the day because I’m a spaz). I got on my non-digital scale, which read 2.5lbs lighter than my digital scale. Actually 3.5lbs, but I’m leery to trust that I’ve reached my goal for this month already. Also, as short as I am, I can’t read the tiny marks easily - I’m blind! SO, official weight for today is 185lbs.

I was having one weird TOM last week. First I was back up to 189lb from 187lb, then I lost over the weekend and was at 185.5lb on Sunday (!!!!) and today I’m back to 187lb. Weird. Today I have toonnnnssss of classwork to do :< a few papers, a tech lab, and some discussion questions. Blerg. I also need to work on my Christmas projects, eek! My window of time is quickly closing, I need to kick my butt into gear! All while losing weight, lol!
Today’s scheduled workout is 6PK6WKS L1, which I’m rearing to go for! I don’t mind that I’m up to 187lb, because I’m still in the 180s - but I’m frustrated that some of my hard work from last week is flushed down the proverbial toilet. I’m going to work hard this week to at least get back down to 185lb! And Friday is my official “Progress Picture” day where I take shots of myself in that black and pink bikini I have. I haven’t really lost inches since last month, but my pants are looser. I don’t get that. I fit much nicer in my 12s, but I think I’m still a 14. I’m excited to get to my mini-goal and goal sizes! Size 10s or smaller by my birthday in March!

Whelp, TOM starts today. The good news is that YESTERDAY I was 187lb. So I did manage to knock off a few pounds before the water weight packed itself on. I spent Monday night and most of Tuesday at my boyfriend’s apartment down in Ocean City, NJ which was really nice :) (plus, he’s totally part of my workout regimen - have sex and loose 2lbs!) And on Friday he had the sweet idea to go back to the park by the river he took me to on our first date 3 months ago. It feels like we’ve been together much longer than that…
I joined the Va-va-va-voom For Valentine’s Day Challenge on 3FC becauseI realized my 6 month anniversary with my boyfriend is the week before V-Day and I’d like to be another 15-20lbs down. The goal is 174lb or less by February 1st. I started the challenge at 189 and so far I’m down 2lbs. If I’m back down to 187lb after TOM, then I’m also 6lbs away from being -42lbs from my starting weight! Woo :D I’m hoping my weight wooshes I was having each week last month continue this month so I can beat my December 1st goal!
I’ve decided that on my off days for C25K instead of walking I’m going to do ExerciseTV’s 6 Pack in 6 Weeks program, which uses circuit training very similar to The Firm 500 Calorie Workout and it has a strength training segment afterwards. Between 6PK6WKS and my tumbles with the boy Monday and Tuesday, my abs and obliques are killing me! It is a workOUT!

I’m starting Week 2 this week for the C25K program! So far I’m really liking it :D I’ve decided to just make a podcast for each week rather than each of the three days during the week that you run the program, because it’s al I have time for!
Once again, if you want to use the podcast feel free! The week 2 running prompts was a broken file, half of it was missing, so I just copied the first two prompts for the 6 times it’s supposed to repeat.

I checked the scale 3 times this morning, and it says I’m down to 189!!! This is so exciting because this is a number I really don’t remember seeing when weighing in in the last 4 years. I know I was in the 180s during high school, but I don’t remember BEING in them. I’m scared that I’m going to spike again before the end of the week, so I’m going to set a tentative goal of 188.9lbs, I think I can manage a tenth of a pound by Sunday :D
Next week I really need to kick butt extra hard with my exercising and get some high calorie burns (with nutrition calories to balance it out) so that I can be at 188 or 187 by the time TOM rolls around. I know if I see one of those numbers on the scale before TOM starts I’ll be less bummed about probably being back up in the 190s from water weight.
As of right now I’m 9lbs away from my next mini goal of being 180/-40lbs. I’m also about a week away from my next progress picture in the bikini. I’ve decided that I’ll just take a progress picture once a month on the 13th, since I started doing that in September.
When I went to the dentist yesterday she noticed that I’d lost weight :D That was really cool. My new uggs also came so now I have 1 pair of the talls to get dirty and 1 pair to keep clean. The new uggs were a gift from my mom for being a third of the way to my goal :D

My hair is getting a tad out of control, again. I decided my bangs definitely needed a trim. For the past two winters I’ve been cutting my bangs to be blunt bangs and then by the time almost a year has gone by they become side swept bangs lol. They were almost to my chin sooooo I needed a trim! My actual hair needs a cut, too, I just haven’t had the time or money to go get it.

The only thing that sucks is my awful cowlick RIGHT in my bangs lol. Evvvvilllll :<
