Weigh-in #7 Under 200!

199.6!!!! Yeah!!! Under 200 for the 3rd time, but this time I’m determined to stay under!! I’m going for 1.5 lbs loss a week so next week i’ll hopefully be at a solid 198. Wish me luck!!!

Okay so its not an offical weigh-in day, but I’ve been feeling really good about my choices and wanted to see. Plus I started my period, finally, so some bloating is gone. To my surprise I’m at 200.0!! to be honest I never put the decimal point because I round down if its under .5, but this time I’m at exactly 200. Which is so exciting because it means tomorrow I’m might be under 200 even if its by .1! I have made the transition into wonderland twice before, then gained back, but somehow this time feels more right. I feel like I’m being the heathiest I’ve been, eating wise I’m going to up my excerise pretty soon, since I’m not just counting calories but making sure to eat as much veggies and fruit as possible. Wish me luck that I land in wonderland tomorrow!

201! I’m quite happy with this number because I should be getting my period very soon, which always drives the number up, and I didn’t calorie count the first half of the week. My goal is to be under 200 by next sun! Honestly even if its 199.8 I’ll be happy, though I’m hoping for a full 2 lb loss. The no soda thing is going well, drinking much more water which is always good. Anyways wish me luck I reach nexts weeks goal!

So As I’ll write in the next post, I have not been on track for the past few weeks, though I have been doing generally better than normal. I’m at 202, about 3 lbs heavier than I was hoping to be at this point, but still a downward trend. Wish me luck that I’ll be better and hopefully more on top of this blog!

So I weighed myself Sunday and I’m at 204!!! Yeah Right on track! Actually one of the biggest things I noticed is being on a smaller belt loop. I have this brown belt that is meant to be worn at the actual waist and I wear it with EVERYTHING. People are in shock if I don’t have something belted aroung my waist. Anyways it is an XL belt which I worn on the two smallest holes when I was at my heaviest 230 and then I had three extra holes put in when I when down to 190.  When I gained back some of the weight I was at the largest of the new holes, but as of last night I’m back to the smallest!!!! Small victories! It made me so excited to get heathy that I started going through fitness and health mags at midnight. At this point I have to tuck the belt end into itself so for fashions sake I should just get a new belt when I lose more weight since its just going to look ridiculous. But I might just get some new holes put in that go to my goal waist size just so I have the satisfaction of seeing how much progress I make. 4 more belt holes to go!!!

So I decided to weigh myself again, a bit early in the week, but I wanted to make sure I’m on track. And yeah!!! I’m at 205!!! Down 2 more pounds in 4 days !!! My goal was to be at 204 by sun and I think I should make it if not a bit more!! i love being on track!

207!! I weighed 213 lbs 2.5 weeks ago, so I’m down 6 pounds. Also its a few days before my period so I’m hoping maybe a pound or two is water weight, but we’ll see next sunday weigh-in. I think I might weigh myself inbetween every once in awhile just to keep my motivated.
