So while I haven’t been keeping track in my food journal I have weighed myself on Sat and Sun. My last weigh-in was on Thursday, I weighed 195.2, this past Saturday I went up 3 lbs to 198.4, then Sunday I was back down to 195.4. I weighed myself again today I was 199.2, but I just started my period so I’m not counting it. I think that the 195 ish weight is correct, well I’m hoping anyway.

So weighed myself again this morning to figure out if yesterday 3 lbs loss was for real. It is!!! I’m at 195.2, I feel so offically under 200 its awesome. Also my very original goal for this sunday was 195.5 and I had given up on that, but now I’ve passed it, yeah!!!  Anyways I think this just lets me know that calorie counting is working, though I still need to be better about making it all healthy, and even when there is a little plateau I need to just push through it and the results will come. I am offically 2.2 lbs away from my mini goal!!!!

I’m up to 197.8, whats going on? I ate under 1000 cal yesterday, i just wasn’t that hungry, so how did i gain weight? I have to believe i’m retaining water plus i havent had a bowel movement in awhile. I going to hope its that and eat more fiber, through I’m drinking tons of water. I hate when this happens….

Down .2 lbs in a day yeah!!! I’m at 197.8! I hope to keep up the .2 lbs lost a day so that I’ll be at 197.2 by sunday, wish me luck!

Another Impromptu Weigh-in

So I weighed myself again. I’m at 198.0 again, which good, but I wished I just stayed there last week. I’m going to weigh myself every day till Sunday at least, just so I can be aware of how my weight might fluctuate even when I’m meeting my calorie goal. I’m hoping to be under 198 tomorrow, I’ll be so happy if I’m at 197.9. Also while my original goal for this week is 196.5 I realize since I stayed at 199.0 last week 196.5 is not realistic, but if I’m at 197 I’ll be very happy. I just want to get back on my 1.5 lb loss a week track!

Up to 199.0 =( I dont know how that happened but I’m going to hope I’m retaining water and continue what I’m doing and be more on top of this blog and calorie counting. My goal for this week was 198 and for next week was 196.5. So I hope to be somewhere between the two so that I can still achieve my goal of 193 by August 12th. Wish me luck!

Mini Goals!

I love making mini goals! Its so much easier for me to stay motivated if all I have to think about is getting to the next goal and the not the toal 60 lbs I need to lose (now 28 lbs!). So here are my mini goals, however they might change once I restart school.

1st mini goal:

August 12 (the day I head back to Pittsburgh for school) - 193 lbs, a total of 20 lbs lost for the summer

2nd mini goal:

Sept. 7 (Labor Day) - 187 lbs (or in the 180s a place I haven’t been since maybe freshmen year of highschool)

3rd mini goal:

October 31 (Halloween, because i wear ridiculous costumes and I’ll be wearing something that celebrates my new body) - 175 lbs (at least in the 170s since I’m now well into school and god knows what my schedule will be)

GOAL!

December 15 (End of 1st semester) - 170!!!!

I’m hoping I’ll be a size 8/10 at this weight however once I’m at my goal weight I’m going to reavaluate I might make 160 my goal.

Possible FINAL goal!

April 26 (my 23rd Bday!) - 160 or whatever I decided if my final goal weight (though I can’t imagine it will be any lower than 155)

Impromto Weigh-In

So i decided to weigh myself only 2 days after my offical sunday weigh-in, maybe just to reassure myself that being under 200 wasnt just a one day fluke. Anyways Im at 198.4 down 1.2 lbs in 2 days Yeah!!! I think i will be weighing myself more often because little losses like that keep my spirit up and my commitement firm!! Plus now I feel offically under 200 which is always a good feeling!
