Weigh-in

So while I haven’t been keeping track in my food journal I have weighed myself on Sat and Sun. My last weigh-in was on Thursday, I weighed 195.2, this past Saturday I went up 3 lbs to 198.4, then Sunday I was back down to 195.4. I weighed myself again today I was 199.2, but I just started my period so I’m not counting it. I think that the 195 ish weight is correct, well I’m hoping anyway.

I have had my roommate and good friend in town. We have gone to Disneyland, the beach, up to LA, shopping, etc. Its his vaction and its sort of mine too so I haven’t been keeping track of what I’ve been eating on this blog, though I’ve been consiously aware of it during the day. I haven’t been keeping to my 1400 cal limit, but I haven’t gained weight or at least I dont think so cause I just started my period so my weight isn’t really accurate. Anyways I’m back on the “diet” and am feeling good about reaching my goal, wish me luck!
