Weigh-in…can this be right?

So I have been confused about my recent weigh-ins, I havent been going down and at times have gone up a considerable amount over one day. I have partly blamed this on maybe retaining water and lack of bowel movements (ew), but honestly I don’t actually know. So yesterday I weighed in at 198.8 which I thought was too high, but who am I to say the scale is wrong. Today I weighed in at…..195.8. Down 3 lbs in a day. While I’m very excited to get that much closer to my 20 lb goal (193) I have no idea what its going to say tomorrow, I guess I’ll just have to wait and see if this weight loss is real and here to stay. Cross your fingers for me!
Update: I weigh myself when I first wake-up in the morning, before I have eaten or drunk anything in my underwear. So I am pretty consistant on that, so who knows why it keeps going up and down.

I know what you mean. Are you weighing at the same time every day? I make sure that I weight first thing in the morning before I’ve eaten anything.
Yep, I find that my weight can go up or down several pounds overnight. And I have the same weigh-in routine that I do each morning too (I have a protein bar and exercise before I step on the scale, nakkid!) I wish I had answers, but alas, I do not. It makes me happy when it drops like three pounds and can make me cry when it goes up the same!
