So I have had a crazy busy 3 days of my internship which started of with a 15 hour work day. I have tried to mentally keep track of what I’m eating during the day so I don’t go over, but I’m pretty sure I have if only based on the fact I can’t remember everything I ate. While I’m sure I’m over 1400 cal for those days I don’t think it so much that I would have gained weight and I have been great at drinking TONS of water and have spent the majority of those 3 days on my feet so hopefully that will have burned some calories. I’m to afraid to weigh myself till Sunday, I’m afraid to do it then too, but I know I need to. I seem to have this trend where I barely make my goal on sun then drop quite a bit by tues then gain some back (even though I am eating at my calorie limit) then that sun start all over by barely making my goal. I dont know if I’m just retaining water during the middle of the week or why that would even happen, but as long as I make my goals I’ll be happy, wish me luck and I’ll be keeping up with my food journal!
