Weigh-In…I guess this is right!

So weighed myself again this morning to figure out if yesterday 3 lbs loss was for real. It is!!! I’m at 195.2, I feel so offically under 200 its awesome. Also my very original goal for this sunday was 195.5 and I had given up on that, but now I’ve passed it, yeah!!! Anyways I think this just lets me know that calorie counting is working, though I still need to be better about making it all healthy, and even when there is a little plateau I need to just push through it and the results will come. I am offically 2.2 lbs away from my mini goal!!!!

Weigh-in…can this be right?

So I have been confused about my recent weigh-ins, I havent been going down and at times have gone up a considerable amount over one day. I have partly blamed this on maybe retaining water and lack of bowel movements (ew), but honestly I don’t actually know. So yesterday I weighed in at 198.8 which I thought was too high, but who am I to say the scale is wrong. Today I weighed in at…..195.8. Down 3 lbs in a day. While I’m very excited to get that much closer to my 20 lb goal (193) I have no idea what its going to say tomorrow, I guess I’ll just have to wait and see if this weight loss is real and here to stay. Cross your fingers for me!
Update: I weigh myself when I first wake-up in the morning, before I have eaten or drunk anything in my underwear. So I am pretty consistant on that, so who knows why it keeps going up and down.

weighed in at 198.8 this morning, I have no idea whats going on, and I weighed in at the same weight tonight after dinner and usual my after dinner weight is 2 lbs heavier than my next morning weight. I guess I’ll find out tomorrow. But good news my blood pressure is 110/74 which is down from 140/80 a 1 1/2 month ago. i think it has to do with giving up soda.

I’m up to 197.8, whats going on? I ate under 1000 cal yesterday, i just wasn’t that hungry, so how did i gain weight? I have to believe i’m retaining water plus i havent had a bowel movement in awhile. I going to hope its that and eat more fiber, through I’m drinking tons of water. I hate when this happens….

Considering I went out for 2 meals it wasnt bad, but I weighed in at 197.8 again and I really want to go down so I’m kinda pissed at myself for snacking or even if I just had water. Oh well as long as I’m going down I should be happy. I just really want to make my 193 goal. Oh I have a brillant idea (some days I’m slow) i’m going to go work out those 225 cal, yeah!
