I started my weight loss journey February ‘08 and was on/off for few months. I didn’t start recording my loss/gain until May ‘08.

– MAY = 4.25 lbs
– JUNE = 2.75 lbs
– JULY = 6 lbs :D
– AUGUST = 4.5 lbs
– SEPTEMBER = 3.25 lbs
– OCTOBER = 3.5 lbs
– NOVEMBER = +0.25 lbs :(
– DECEMBER = 1 lb

TOTAL YEAR 2008 LOSS =
33 LBS (Not the best loss but it’s still something)

WEEKLY PROGRESS

– JANUARY= 174 lbs
JAN 04 - JAN 11 = 172
JAN 12 - JAN 18 = 170.75
JAN 19 - JAN 25 = 173
JAN 26 - FEB 01 = 171.5
TOTAL JANUARY LOSS = 2.5 lbs

– FEBRUARY = 171.5 lbs
FEB 02 - FEB 08 = 169.75
FEB 09 - FEB 15 = 173.5 (Combo of TOM, water retention, take-out food, no workout)
FEB 16 - FEB 22 = 169.25
FEB 23 - MAR 01 = 168.75
TOTAL FEBRUARY LOSS = 2.75 lbs

– MARCH = 168.75 lbs
MAR 02 - MAR 08 = 169
MAR 09 - MAR 15 = 169.25

MAR 23 - MAR 29 =167.5
TOTAL MARCH LOSS = 1.25 lbs
