Today was workout 2 from the program.  I did the entire workout using 8 pounders.  My biceps are a bit shaky as well as my booty.  I really brought it today.  I wonder if its because I missed yesterday’s workout.  My heartrate monitor says I burned 529 calories! DINNER!
