My Favorite Menu Items

As I’ve already mentioned, I have become completely obsessed with menu planning.  Recently I have responded to several on-line questions about how to do menu plans so I thought I would write my list of favorite menu items here so people could see what I was talking about.  This is my base list I work with and as I find new things I truly LOVE and I mean LOVE because they are going to get eaten on a regular rotation, they get added to the list.  I have only added 2 new things to this list in the past 2 months. 

I follow a Mediterranean style diet however many of these are also South Beach or Sugar Busters Friendly.  Some are even low carb or could be good for calorie counters.  I’m not going to list recipes but I will list sources.  But if anyone wants recipes, just ask.
