Welcome to my world of weight loss! My name is Heather and I’m 22 years old; this is my first blog. I just want to introduce myself and let you know why I’m here… I’m 5’3 and weigh 183 pounds. I actually used to weight 270, so I guess I’m blessed to have lost over 100 pounds the first time, but I’ve stopped dieting and gained again. I was able to change my life by going from 270 down to 155 but after life threw me a few curve balls I fell off the wagon in early 2009 and haven’t really climbed back on since. It makes me sick to know that I was so close to reaching my ultimate goal the first time (135) and now I’m another 30 pounds from it. I plan on posting everyday to list what I’ve eaten, what I weigh, any excercise, and my general thoughts for the day. I’m also trying to work on being a more positive person; things have been so rough the past couple of years that I’ve generally turned into a angry stressed out person (which is not the real me at all). I know for a fact that my attitude has effected my weight loss/gain and it’s time to remedy it once and for all! Thanks for your support and I’ll try to make you proud!
