I Cannot Believe It!

I did the whole 2 miles on my Leslie Sansone DVD today. Yes, I took it in portions, but still I did it. And I feel all sweaty, but I feel Great!!! I’m going to up my exercise program now. I think I’ll do 2 miles 3 times a week, and 1 mile at least twice.
So My Goal for May
4 Weeks with 2 m 3X, and 1 m 2X = 32 miles

I am starting today to do exercises to strengthen myself in many ways. I have such a hard time getting out of a chair anymore, and it’s getting worse. So today I will start with this exercise.
