Thursday’s Healthy Challenges

1. Drink 64 oz water, that’s right 64 oz just for today. (I can repeat this challenge. lol.)
I’m up to 54 oz, so I’m sure I will finish it, even though I will be up all night. (It’s midnight.)
2. Exercise WATP, don’t put it off, just do it. done
3. Journal on paper every single bite, and count the points. Only 7 points over, I was very diligent in doing this today.
4. Eat in a healthy manner, in other words, the DASH plan, half the plate of veges, 1/4 protein, and 1/4 starch. Could have done better.
5. At least 2 Fruits today. Just oj, I mean I was drinking all that water, lol!
6. Look for a new healthy lowfat, low cal, snack recipe. no
Wow, I hadn’t intended on this many healthy challenges, but it’s time to do the work.
I didn’t do too bad at all, I’m counting this as a successful day. I will repeat these same challenges tomorrow.
