It hasn’t been a formal work week with students and everything but I’ve still had to get up early and put in a full day of work all week. Friday feels pretty good. I finally managed to get some sleep last night. Watched the finale of “So You Think You Can Dance” for my downtime and was in bed by 10:30 and asleep by 11:00.
I’m taking a hard look at all the things I’ve been doing that are detrimental to my health and well-being and it’s amazing how much better I feel today. I’ve gotten into some bad habits of spending way too much time watching TV or playing games on the computer. Stayed on track yesterday and limited my downtime and it feels good. I even have chicken thawed for dinner tonight so I’m thinking ahead.
Again, I don’t have much time to post this morning but I wanted to get a good start on the day and will fill in the details after I get home. Weight is at 203.5 and might have been better if not for that wicked salad at Olive Garden.
