Non-habit forming
Tylenol PM. I could learn to love the stuff. I usually sleep about 7 hours on a work night but that’s interrupted by three or four trips to the bathroom and sometimes one of those trips will leave me lying there staring at the ceiling. Tylenol PM pretty much guarantees a good night’s sleep but I don’t like to take medications and consider it an occasional “treat’. Took a couple last night and didn’t wake up until the alarm went off. How good is that? Lying there with the window open during one of the few nights you can do so here in Kentucky. Snuggling up under a blanket for a few more minutes before getting up to a crisp morning and taking my coffee to the spa before getting ready for work. DH says I should take the PM stuff every night. Don’t know about that. Doesn’t sound like a good idea.
On other things….Weighed in at 183.5 again this morning. Happy about that. Doublechecked on the appointment with the new attorney and discovered it’s not today but Thursday so we have to wait a couple more days. I discovered that the “documentation” I’ve been keeping since DIL was granted temporary custody is 10 pages long. Should give her some interesting reading.
4:00 - Doing well today! Eating healthy and keeping up. Home for 45 minutes and then back to school for ROTC Booster Club meeting. Guess I’ll stop at Subway after the meeting and get a sub for dinner.

I am glad that you got a good night sleep Patty. Your morning cup of java in the hot tub sounds like a good way to start your day. Have a great day.
