Took a couple of Tylenol PM last night and it was tough hauling my butt out of bed this morning. No time to blog. Gotta hit the shower and shake off the drowsies. Weight is at 173 this morning.

I forgot to tell you a trick I learned to make grilled sandwhiches without any butter. Use a dry high fiber bread (wheat pita, grainy bread, or rye) NEVER use ANY kind of white it wont work right. Make your sandwhich and put it on a ungreased George Forman grill. It works for me every time for grilled cheese, ham and cheese, etc…. It cooks really fast so watch it close. I hope that helps.
