Patty,
Saw your blog from last night…it’s so hard to refuse temptations like that. And good for you for telling your hubby to make his own sandwich.

On a different note, is 1 yogurt enough to get you through the morning? Just curious. I know I would be starving if I didn’t have my cereal, 2 hb eggs and yogurt (440 cals total).
