6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
6 cups Crispix cereal (I’ve had trouble finding this so I’ve used 3 cups of rice chex and 3 cups of corn chex)
2 cups powdered sugar
Microwave chocolate and oil on high 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.
Stir in peanut butter.
Pour over cereal and stir gently to coat.
Place powdered sugar in gallon sized plastic bag.
Add coated cereal and shake bag gently until all cereal is coated.
Refrigerate in air tight container.
