ummmmmmmm where are most of your brekkies girl??? They are an inportant part of your nutritional/energy starting of the day….. end of lecture.. ^grin^ and NO cookies are not the best brekkie, even though they DO have most of the food groups in them…except veg, protein, juat stick on a small stalk of asparagus and wrap it up in roast beef…there you go, all the food groups accounted for…mmmmmmmmmmmmm
